Our Construction & Real Estate team is often engaged by its clients to originate, plan and execute real-estate development deals, in coordination with our corporate/M&A and banking & finance teams.

We also provide legal assistance in obtaining LEED^® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certifications and we advise on green building requirements for new commercial and residential buildings, as well as retrofits and renovation.
