New Guidelines on Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and determining whether processing is “likely to result in a high risk” for the purposes of Regulation 2016/679

On April 4 2017, Article 29 Data Protection Working Party ("WP29"), the independent European advisory body on data protection and privacy, issued the Guidelines on Data Protection Impact Assessment ("DPIA") determining whether the processing is “likely to result in a high risk”for the purposes ofRegulation 2016/67.
